CraftingStore integration
RevenueConnect a CraftingStore webstore with a signed webhook so its sales land in Revenue next to your other stores.
The clip shows, in order:
- CraftingStore is one more store.
- Paste the payload as it is.
- Each store's sales, side by side.
- Pick one store to see only its sales.
#How it works
CraftingStore sends one webhook for every payment, free orders through the store included. It signs each one with your secret key, and we refuse any delivery whose signature does not match.
We read the transaction id, the price, the package name, the coupon and the premium UUID of the buyer. The UUID is the only thing we match on, never the name. A sale we cannot match stays in Unmatched and still counts in the store total.
#Setting it up
- In Settings, Integrations, press Add store, pick CraftingStore, name it and pick the currency it sells in.
- In CraftingStore open Settings, then Webhooks. Webhooks are part of the Gold plan.
- Create a webhook with the address we show, method POST, and the payload below exactly as it is.
- Copy the webhook secret key CraftingStore shows and paste it into the store row. Press Save secret.
- Make a free order with a 100% coupon. It shows on the store row as the first event.
jsoncraftingstore-payload.json
{"transaction_id":"{transaction_id}","external_transaction_id":"{external_transaction_id}","uuid":"{uuid}","in_game_name":"{in_game_name}","price":"{price}","payment_name":"{payment_name}","coupon":"{coupon}","gateway":"{gateway}","timestamp":"{timestamp}"}Nothing personal in the payload
The payload sends no email, no IP and no address. We do not need them and we do not store them.
#Limits
- CraftingStore sends no currency, so every sale is read in the currency you picked for the store.
- CraftingStore has no refund or chargeback webhook. A refund made there is not taken off your total. Record it by hand on Revenue if you need the number exact.
- Payments you create by hand in the CraftingStore dashboard send no webhook, so they do not reach Revenue.
- Past sales are not imported. Revenue starts with the first delivery after you connect.
