Minecraft player lookup for your staff

Type a name, a UUID or a Bedrock XUID, and the Player lookup page opens one player: when they joined, which address they first used, how long they played, what they bought, how they voted, whether an anticheat banned them and why, and how likely they are to leave. Owners and admins can leave private notes for staff, and every search is written to an audit log. A Discord /lookup command gives staff the same search without opening the dashboard. It reads data the connector already sends, so there is nothing to install.

How it works

  1. Search a name, UUID or XUID

A UUID may be written with or without dashes. A name must match the whole name. A name finds every identity that used it, and players are never joined together by name.

  2. Open the identity you mean

Steve on premium, Steve on cracked and Steve on Bedrock are three players. The page lists each one with its type, and you open one.

  3. Read the profile

First join and address, playtime, latest sessions with their route, purchases from every store, votes, custom events, confirmed bans and churn risk.

  4. Leave a note

Owners and admins can write a note of up to 1000 characters. It is for staff only and is never shown to the player or on a public page.

What you see on the dashboard

  • First join address

Fixed at the first join and never changed after, even if the player later joins through another proxy or address.

  • Purchases and votes

Purchases from every connected store show only when the store gave a premium UUID that matches. A match by name alone would put money on the wrong person.

  • Bans and churn risk

Each confirmed ban names the anticheat that reported it, GrimAC or Polar. A banned player is not scored, and a new player with too little play shows that instead of a guess.

  • Notes and the audit log

Every search, profile opened and note added or deleted is written down with who did it and when. Owners and admins read the latest entries on the page.

Who can use it

Owners and admins can always search and read notes. Viewers can search only when the owner turns on Let viewers use player lookup, in Settings, Team, and they see the profile without the notes or the audit log.

No IP address is stored or shown. A ban shows its anticheat only for bans reported by connector 1.0.15 or newer.

Questions

Which plans include player lookup?

Network and up. Below that, the page says so and reads nothing.

What if two players share a name?

The page lists every identity that used the name, up to 25, each with its type, and you open the one you mean. Nobody is merged by name.

Can staff look a player up from Discord?

Yes, with the /lookup command. It answers only for the network the Discord account belongs to, so it cannot read another network.

What happens to notes when a player is erased?

They are erased with the player. The audit log keeps the name as it was when staff looked, so it still reads true afterwards.
