Alternative

Analyse alternative for Minecraft servers

Analyse is a hosted analytics tool for Minecraft and Roblox. As of October 2026 its plans are priced by peak players online: Free up to 25, Starter $9 up to 100, Growth $29 up to 500, Pro $79 up to 2,500 and Network $249 up to 10,000. MCAnalytics is hosted and Minecraft only. It is free up to 50 concurrent players, Starter is $4.99 up to 100, Network is $9.99 up to 250 and Unlimited is $24.99 with no cap. It records join addresses at your Velocity or BungeeCord proxy, so you do not need a plugin on every backend. If the player limit or the price is why you are looking, or you run a proxy network, MCAnalytics is worth a try. If you need Ask Analyse, Roblox or experiments, stay with Analyse.

Moving from Analyse

  1. Connect the proxy, or your Paper server if you have no proxy, from the setup guide. The free plan needs no card.
  2. Keep your campaign hostnames. They are DNS records that point at your server, so players who join through them show up under their own address on the first join.
  3. Expect to start from today. MCAnalytics has no importer for Analyse data, so your charts begin with the first join after you connect. Keep your Analyse account until you have enough days of data to compare.
  4. If you also kept Plan, you can bring its history over with one console command.

Where Analyse is the better pick

  • You also run a Roblox game. MCAnalytics is for Minecraft only: Velocity, BungeeCord and Waterfall proxies, and Paper, Purpur, Folia and Spigot servers.
  • You want to ask your stats questions in plain English, or connect an AI app. Ask Analyse and the MCP server start on Growth at $29 a month. MCAnalytics has neither as of October 2026.
  • You want experiments, or campaign ROI that includes what you spent on ads. Analyse lists both on its paid plans. MCAnalytics does not track ad spend yet.
  • You need an uptime SLA or dedicated onboarding. Analyse lists a 99.9% SLA on Network at $249 a month.
  • You sell through PayNow, or your own checkout sends signed custom webhooks. Analyse takes those. MCAnalytics takes Tebex, CraftingStore, PayPal and Stripe.
  • You want a trial of a paid plan. Analyse lists a 14-day trial on every paid plan and opens each new account with 14 days of Pro.

Where MCAnalytics is the better pick

  • You want the lower price at the same player count. Up to 100 concurrent players is $4.99 a month here against $9 a month for Analyse Starter, and the free plan covers 50 players against 25.
  • You run a Velocity or BungeeCord network and want each player counted once at the proxy, without a plugin on every backend for join addresses and sessions.
  • You have cracked Java players. They are their own identity type, and on a network with nLogin a failed login never counts as a return.
  • You want Tebex revenue matched on the premium UUID only, so a reused name can never move money to the wrong player or source.
  • You want to see which creators and lists bring cheaters: confirmed GrimAC and Polar bans by source, from the Network plan up.
  • You expect your peak to move with a campaign. Unlimited has no player cap at $24.99 a month; Analyse lists a cap on every plan, up to 10,000 players on Network at $249 a month.

Questions

What is different in Analyse 2.0?

Analyse 2.0 launched on 30 September 2026. Its plans are priced by peak players online, and it added Roblox, Ask Analyse and an MCP server. As of October 2026 the paid plans are Starter $9, Growth $29, Pro $79 and Network $249 a month, and Ask Analyse and MCP start on Growth.

Can I move my Analyse history to MCAnalytics?

No. MCAnalytics has no importer for Analyse data. It imports history from Plan only. Your charts start with the first join after you connect.

Is the free plan limited the same way?

Not exactly. The MCAnalytics free plan covers up to 50 concurrent players with no card, and the Analyse free plan covers up to 25 players online at peak, 3 games and 30 days of history. The two count players differently, so check your own peak first.

What does Analyse still do better?

Roblox, Ask Analyse and MCP, experiments, ad spend in campaign ROI, PayNow and custom webhooks, and a 99.9% uptime SLA on Network. MCAnalytics has none of those as of October 2026.
